About Troop 57

BSA Troop 57 was started in August 2007. We started with a few Boy Scouts who transferred from another Troop to pursue their goal of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.

Troop 57 is a boy-run troop, which means the Scouts decide upon and organize the campouts and events they want to do.

We have grown and accomplished a lot in the past few years. There are twenty-six active Scouts in Troop 57. Two of our founding members have advanced to Eagle Scout and another is planning his project (stay tuned!). All of our other Scouts are progressing nicely and are having a great time!

Troop 57 proudly draws its membership from communities comprising Indian Prairie School District #204: Naperville, Aurora, Bolingbrook & Plainfield, Illinois.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about Boy Scouting or Troop 57.
